- learn what types of meditation are best for use in patients experiencing anxiety and posttraumatic stress disorders.
- understand how the underlying principles of meditation apply to and can be integrated with evidence-based treatments for anxiety and posttraumatic stress disorders.
- gain simple yet powerful self-help tools that can be implemented in therapy and used by patients to directly and immediately assist them to control their symptoms and lead more functional lives.
